The founding members of Onomatopea are, singer/songwriter Delia Lyn from San Francisco, and bassist/producer Andy Pietropaolo from Rome.  They met in “Rome’s Greenwich Village”, Trastevere, where Delia  spent her vacation playing music on the street.  Not long after that, they found themselves in New York, playing at CBGB’s gallery, The Back Fence, and The Orange Bear.  After that, fate brought them back to Italy, where they are living now, to work on their first release, “Onomatopea”.
